After recently rekindling my love and curiosity for jungle/DnB, I started making tunes with the tools I acquired 10-15 years back. Being frugal, I hammered away with them and made some tracks that I really liked. During this process of learning and researching the craft, I started to see what tools and techniques are currently being used by producers to craft these characteristic sounds. One feature that my tool did not support was plugins. I recently made the switch to a tool that can leverage the power and creativity of plugins. For those that don't know, plugins allow you to specially process pieces of audio to give characteristic sounds or effects. It's like a whole new world now. This EP has grown out of my experiments with new tools and techniques combined with the coming to grips with and accepting a recent diagnosis of MG.
